Welcome to MangoDrama (the "Application"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and MangoDrama Team ("Company", "we", or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the Application.
1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Application provides short-form video content and digital media services. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE
By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are under the legal age of majority, you must have received permission from your parent or legal guardian to use the Application, and they must agree to these Terms on your behalf. We reserve the right to restrict access to certain content based on local age ratings and regulations.
3. PAID SERVICES AND BILLING
We offer two primary models for accessing premium content:
- Subscription Model: Provides access to specified premium features or content for a recurring period (e.g., weekly, monthly, or annually).
- Content Model (Coins): Users may purchase virtual currency known as "Coins." Coins are a form of limited license right to "unlock" or access specific premium content on a per-view or per-series basis.
Coins possess no monetary value, are not legal tender, and cannot be exchanged for "real world" money or tangible goods from the Company or any other party.
4. PAYMENT CHANNEL EXCLUSIVITY
IMPORTANT: All payments, subscriptions, and purchases of Coins are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- We do not collect or store your credit card information directly.
- All transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective App Store platform.
- You are responsible for all charges incurred, including data roaming fees imposed by your mobile carrier or internet service provider.
5. RENEWALS AND CANCELLATIONS
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Management: You must manage or cancel your subscription directly through your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account settings.
- Effect of Deletion: Deleting or uninstalling the Application does not automatically cancel your subscription or refund your unused Coins.
6. REFUND POLICY
All sales of digital content (Subscriptions and Coins) are final and non-refundable.
- No Refunds: As digital content is made available immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, except as required by the mandatory consumer laws of your jurisdiction.
- Platform-Processed Refunds: Since all payments are handled by third-party stores, any refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google. We do not have the technical authority to reverse or refund transactions processed by these platforms.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Application, including its source code, design, and all hosted content (videos, scripts, music), is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors.
- You may not copy, modify, extract source code, translate, or create derivative works of any part of the Application.
- Any unauthorized use of our trademarks, copyright, or database rights is strictly prohibited.
8. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- "As Is" Basis: The Application is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that content is accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs.
- Third-Party Content: We may rely on third parties for content or information. We accept no liability for any loss experienced as a result of relying on such third-party functionality.
- Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Application in the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
9. USER RESPONSIBILITY
You agree not to:
- Use the Application on a "jailbroken" or "rooted" device, which may compromise security and functionality.
- Attempt to bypass any technological measures or content-filtering techniques.
- Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
10. AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to unilaterally update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Application following such changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
